The Team
We have an exceptional staff team at Climbing Bears, not only in terms of the caliber of their qualifications but their personal commitment to the success of the setting and the happiness and well-being of the children. We are proud of our low staff turnover and, with some staff members having worked for Climbing Bears in excess of 20 years, they really are an amazing team of professionals. All of our staff members are qualified to Level 3 or higher in a relevant childcare subject. Climbing Bears is committed to investing in people and, therefore from time to time, we do employ assistants working towards gaining the appropriate qualifications.
Every staff member has a full and up to date DBS check, pediatric first aid and safeguarding training.
Each child is allocated a Key Worker from our staff who will work closely with the child and their family to ensure clear and direct lines of communication are available to all parties. The staff team plan sessions around the children’s interests and development.
